    Loved our well-organised and well decorated rooms in this hotel.

    The location was comfy, so close to Chengdu Ifs. We ate at a GOOD restaurant with good local food.

    I was upgraded to a reasonably large room with the latest equipment. Truly enjoyed the elegant atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious. The location was unbeatable and nice and the free parking was onsite. The area was very convenient close to the IFS shopping centre, the most prestigious shopping mall and the Niccolo Chengdu. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Chengdu.

    Fantastic Service and Attention to Detail

    During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a special request to have some snacks couriered to the hotel from another city. The staff, especially Steven, were very good too ensure that the parcel was delivered to me promptly. Their dedication to providing really good service was excellent. The location, breakfast, and room design were all excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Cynthia and Amber, were pretty good too make my birthday special with a surprise cake. The hotel facilities were great, from the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms to the atmospheric pool and modern gym on a whole floor. The location was perfect, right across the street from the high-end shops of Taikoo Li and with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. the staff's thoughtful service and the hotel's excellent facilities made my stay lovely.

    There was nothing I didn't like.

    Great central location, amazing staff, thoughtful surprises for special occasions, tastefully decorated hotel, spacious and elegant rooms with beautiful views, connected to shopping centers with great boutiques and restaurants.

    The location of the hotel is fantastic, just next to the IFS shopping center and within walking distance to the two biggest shopping malls in the city. It's a shopper's paradise!

    The only downside is that it can be hard to get a taxi from the hotel.

    The central location was convenient and surrounded by high-end retail. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, especially for special occasions. Luxurious and comfortable rooms with great amenities. The gym and pool facilities were great. Nice view of the city from the windows.

    Complimentary snacks and drinks at check-in counter were good. Hotel was ideally located near popular shopping areas and restaurants. The rooftop bar had a great view of the city.

    The room was not very clean and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and were not helpful when asked for recommendations on where to go for dinner.

    Stayed in Niccolo, nice location with great views. Helpful staff, good service. Near IFS shopping centre, easy to find. Enjoyed shopping and dining. Will consider staying here again.

    This weekend was amazing! the complementary champagne and fruit basket in the room was such a nice touch. the location couldn't be better - right in the middle of the action with great shopping and restaurants nearby. the view from the room was breathtaking, and we even got a complimentary upgrade. the service was fantastic.

    The noise level. It was a bit loud at night and made it difficult to sleep.

    The hotel is conveniently located near several landmarks in the city, offering a great view. It's situated opposite a huge shopping area and on top of a large shopping mall. the rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and the bathrooms are fitted with nice amenities. the breakfast is delicious and varied.

    The hotel's environmental policy could be improved to reduce waste.

    We loved our stay at this hotel. The central location was convenient, as it was right next to the shopping areas and had an amazing view. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious gym that included an atmospheric pool, sauna, and modern workout room. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the staff were great too make us feel welcome and special. They even surprised us with a cake and bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary and offered discounts at the bar for our friend's birthday celebration. The breakfast selection was small but delicious, and we appreciated the additional a-la-carte options. this hotel was so great.

    Value for money was excellent and the room was clean, modern, and well-kept. The location was great, close to the popular shopping outlet and charming Chengdu streets. The staff treated us with a nice service attitude, showing professionalism and were very helpful.

    Breakfast items could have been better with a larger variety.
